Fall Time

It is coming to the end of summer and my ultimate season is winding down.  I can finally get to working on some house things and finishing up some projects that we have since I will start to have more weekends and nights free.

Steamboat only has the series left to play (Sectionals, Regionals, and Nationals) depending on how well we do.  The one problem for me is that straining my hamstring last weekend is worrying me for Sectionals.  An injury of this type takes a while to heal and needs a lot of rest.  I hope to be back before Sectionals but it is only 9 days away and I am still in no condition to be running around.  Lots of stretching and rest and hopefully I will be ready to go.

More news on the front of Colorado is that there was a brush fire close my parents house this past week that they could see from their backyard.  Here are some pictures from the back porch of the house.

This was pretty close but luckily it was going away from their house so it was a nice watch.

Other than that things are going about the same as they have been for a while.  Once I get more time to do stuff around the house you can expect more posts/updates.
