Stomach Bug

Sorry for the lack of posts lately.  Last weekend we were dealing with Bryson’s first, and probably not last, round of the stomach bug.  I decided to take an earlier flight back from Miami last Friday, which fortunately allowed me to help Nick with the sick little boy.  I think he ended up puking 8 …

Miami

Here’s the view from my hotel room in Miami: I’m staying at a pretty swank hotel called the Eden Roc Renaissance for a conference for work. This is the first time I’m away from Bryson overnight, and it will be for a solid three days. 🙁 Outside of this, I haven’t been away from Bryson …

14 Months

Bryson is now 14 months old, and I can definitely see the “toddler” side of him. A new thing this month is climbing.  He currently pulls himself up on the foot stand in his room, the chairs on the patio, and the toilet.  We try to avoid the last one.  He also likes to try …

Words

I love that Bryson is now saying so many different words.  He probably has about 15 words in his vocabulary, plus another 15-20 signs that he does.  It’s so cute.  Enjoy a little sample below!

Boiler Up!

Bryson went to his first Purdue football game last weekend.  We made it through 3 quarters, so not too bad.  Bryson enjoyed snacking, drinking his bottle, watching the band, and running around up by the concession area.  Boilers ended up winning 48-6 over Eastern Kentucky!

13 Months

Bryson turned 13 months old last Friday.  August flew by!  I can’t believe summer is basically over. This past month has brought a ton of change.  The rate that Bryson is picking up things just keeps getting faster and faster. New things this month include pulling everything off of shelves/out of drawers, doing quick feet, giving …
