November has flown by! Bryson is almost 4 months old, and he’s developing more and more every day.
He’s starting to gain better control of hands, so he can now hold on to and reach for toys. In his “Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes” class, we learned that Bryson uses his voice when he’s trying to get his arms going. There was a beach ball in front of him, and he was screaming a bunch, but eventually the arms started moving and the screaming stopped. Hopefully this is only temporary.
Bryson has also started taking an interest in Kizzie. I think Kizzie was a little scared at first, but now she realizes he’s basically harmless. Bryson is not to the point where he’s grabbing her fur/tail, but I’m sure we’ll have to start repeating gentle, gentle Bryson, be gentle with Kizzie and such phrases soon.
He also attended his first ultimate tournament. It was a local 1 day tournament that was 3 vs 3. He got to watch Nick play some ultimate, and Nick’s team finished 5th…not too bad!
Bryson also celebrated his first Thanksgiving. We headed to Mo’s Aunt Elaine’s house, and celebrated with the Sundrup side of the family. We got a cute picture of all the cousins. Bryson is no longer the smallest cousin. He has past Abigail in weight by almost 2 pounds, even though he’s 2 months younger than her. He’s a big boy.
