What a fun weekend we just had! It’s definitely starting to feel like fall, as the cold weather is moving in and the leaves are falling.
Friday night, we went to the homecoming parade for Madeira High School. Bryson and Mya both loved it. It’s a ton smaller than the 4th of July parade, but the kids get just as much candy…oh joy. Apparently we didn’t get the memo that Madeira HS’s color is blue, because we all showed up in red. Whoops! I guess we’ll know for next year.
Saturday was Nick’s birthday. Happy Birthday Nick! We had a relaxing day, which included a trip to Costco and making homemade gnocchi. I also made nick a cookie dough ice cream sandwich cake. Dinner was pretty yummy!
Sunday included a trip to Shaw Farms Pumpkin Patch with the Parks, Snyders, and Hoepers. Bryson loved running around with the other kids, which Mya really wanted to join in on. We even got to take a ride on the horse drawn trailers. What a fun weekend!
