Snow, Snow, and More Snow

We have had a ton of snow over the past week.  I think we got about 5 inches on Monday, followed by another 3 inches or so on Wednesday, and then another 5 inches on Saturday.  We now have over a foot of snow on the ground.

Yesterday, we decided to venture out and play in the snow.  This was Mya’s first time really being able to walk around in the snow.  Apparently she wasn’t ready for the slippery sidewalks.

But eventually she got the hang of it enough for me to get a picture of the two of them in the snow, all bundled up.

It was great packing snow, so we were able to build a snowman…Mya enjoyed walking on the driveway, which had a little less snow…

And they each got a turn trying to put the carrot in the snowman’s nose…

Bryson named the snowman Speedo, but Speedo wasn’t doing so great today.  I think he had a rough night, due to the weather being slightly above freezing.  He was a little bent over today…

Thanks for visiting Speedo.  I think I’m ready for Spring weather though!
