The past week has been a whirlwind of Christmas celebrations. This year, it was high of 50-60F most of the week, so it definitely didn’t feel like Christmas weather, but that didn’t stop us from having a ton of fun.
I will let the pictures do most of the talking, because there are a ton of them! The 23rd was filled with cookie and gingerbread house making.
Christmas Eve involved a trip to the Shillito’s Elves, LaRosa’s for lunch, Christmas eve candle light service at Crossroads, and a homemade dinner. Bryson wrote a letter to Santa, with spelling help from Nick.

Christmas morning was full of presents, homemade cinnamon rolls, and packing up for Grandma and Grandpa Slattery’s house.
Christmas evening we went to Brian and Kelly’s for a delicious steak dinner and hanging out with family.
The 26th included opening lots of presents at Grandma and Grandpa Slattery’s and of course, pizza!
On Monday, we went to Indianapolis Children’s Museum to meet up with our friends from Purdue, Amanda and Matt Whited.
The kids fell asleep within 10 minutes of being in the car, and slept most of the way home. I’d say it was a fun few days!
