He is risen!
Easter weekend was a quick trip to Grandma and Grandpa Slattery’s in Columbus, IN. It started with an Easter Egg Hunt at the marina. Mya got the golden egg this year for her division, which means she won a 3 foot tall stuffed rhino.
She loved it! She was trying to carry it around everywhere and wouldn’t put it down. It was bigger than she was, but that didn’t stop her.
Saturday night we went out to dinner, then headed to the park to play. The kids had a really fun time in the beautiful weather.
Sunday morning, the kids got up and found their Easter baskets. Scruffy helped Bryson find his.

We had a delicious brunch, and got a picture of all the grand kids…
We then headed outside for the Slattery Easter egg hunt. Bryson and Mya got a ton of eggs. Bryson actually quit halfway through, because he wanted to find out what was inside the eggs, so he sat down and opened them up.
Overall it was a really fun, quick trip. Happy Easter!
